Hydraulic Cylinder Pratham Hydraulics offers hydraulic cylinders for heavy earth moving equipment. These cylinders have maximum bore diameter of 300 mm, rod diameter 220 mm and stroke length of 5 meters. They come with pressure of 40, 160, 250 and 320 bars. The sealing arrangement is of imported polyurethane seals, bronze filled, Teflon seals for long life. Piston rod is induction type with hard chrome plated and internal bore honing for seals life and smooth working. All types of mountings, like clevis, rear flange, front flange, trunion, fitment of spherical bearings on clevises, induction hardened piston rod, integral fitment of pilot operated check, valves, counter balance valve relief valves, special construction, like welded, tie rods, telescopic, hollow rods, twin cylinders, etc, are available on request. |

Hhydraulic Stacker Pump Pratham Hydraulics offers stacker pump for material handling equipments. The capacity of this pump is to power equipment with a lifting capacity of 1 to 3 tonnes with maximum 1500 mm stroke. The sealing arrangement imported PU seal/bronze filled for long life and frequent replacement by a new one is not required. Piston rod and plunger is hardened, hard chrome plated and internal bore honing for longer life of seals. The mounting arrangements can be altered to suit the mounting dimension as specified by customer.
